CERTIFICATION

In accordance with RoK legislation imported goods (equipment, materials, etc.) used on territory of Kazakhstan are subject of obligatory certification on compliance with technical, safety, sanitary and environmental standards. Further to the above dangerous equipment and materials (oil and gas equipment, offshore equipment, cranes, etc.) have to pass also periodical inspection and certification.

The foreign importer often has no opportunity to check up and certificate beforehand products imported to Kazakhstan. At the same time Kazakhstani state authorities (such as customs, GGTN, sanitary departments) charged with the task of the certification control on products imported in the country, demand availability of the certificate even at import of prototypes and samples.
