MARITIME SERVICES

PSS staff has a unique experience and knowledge on maritime regulations in Kazakhstan. Our experts got experience in Aktau Sea Port Administration, Ministry of Transport, National Maritime Operating Co., private carriers, involved into maritime activity. Please see list of some of our services:

- Advising clients on Kazakh maritime law and vessels operating rules;

- Work out of voyage charter-parties, bareboat charters and other transportation arrangements. Advising on demurrage calculation, laytime, drafting claims etc;

- Re-flagging and registration of vessels in the Kazakh State Maritime Register / Bareboat Charter Register, cancellation and extension of vessels registration;

- Approval of vessels delivery to the operational area via Black Sea - Azov Sea - Caspian Sea: coordination with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan, Kazakh Embassies and the Government of the Russian Federation (including: Federal Maritime Transport Agency, Ministry of Transport, Internal Waterways Services etc.);

- Assistance in obtaining of the operational licenses for carriages of goods, passengers and dangerous goods by sea, obtaining of approvals from sanitary, environment protection and port authorities;

- Assistance in obtaining of the radio licenses, callsigns, registration of radio / satellite equipment and concluding services contracts with communication companies, close cooperation with the Agency on Information and Communications;

- Shipbuilding and project finance expertise, drafting shipbuilding / ship-repair contracts, due dilligence on the contractor-shipyards, coordination with financial institutions etc.
- Assistance in purchasing of vessels, drafting purchase contracts, bills of sale, registration of ownership rights etc;

- Broker services.

At the moment PSS is performing services for vessels of CASPIAN OCEAN (P-1, UNIONE, IEVOLECO SECONDO) and CASPIAN OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION (CASPIAN PRINCESS, SHKOTOV, crew vessels, tugs, etc.) companies working on Caspian sea.
